Deverify

I co-founded Deverify with Alex Castaño, a SaaS platform that helped companies easily assess Rails developers’ skills during the hiring process.

We created challenges - real Rails apps - companies could choose from and send to their candidates to assess their level. The developer was given access to a dedicated Gitlab space with a reall app and real tasks he should solve. At the end of the process, we provided the company with a full assessment of the candidate, both soft (communication, use of git) and hard skills.

I was in charge of: - Product: business analysis, user research, roadmap, prototyping - Design: logo, branding and identity, web app - Development: mostly Frontend with Rails, Rspec, Bootstrap, Postgres, Docker - Marketing: copywriting, inbound marketing, SEO, emailing - Communication with clients and partners

In 2018, we were acquired by Devskiller to enrich their Ruby On Rails coding tests offer. I managed the acquisition and the transition phase.
