OnTime

OnTime is a Chrome Extension. It’s an experiment to display public transportation arrivals on a clock. I wanted to test new interfaces for public transport tracking and incoming events in general. The extension works in San Francisco and is based on the NextBus API.

At the setup, users predefine the daily lines/stop they catch - each one being displayed with a different color. Then, when clicking on the extension button, they can see at a glance when their next ride is coming within 30 minutes.

It is developed with d3.js, using bootstrap and flatUI.
